One night the roommates of our protagonist, dude A, throw a party while A is trying to study in his room for some upcoming exam. It’s well into the night when the party finally calms down and people start leaving. A finally emerges from his room wanting some coffee or smth, and notices a strange guy lying still on the couch, almost hidden by the darkness.
A doesn’t know it, but that’s the killer, who hadn’t expected to find anyone awake enough to fight back anymore. A however thinks that maybe this stranger is one of his roommates’ friends who just stayed over after drinking so much. So while the killer is lying still and then pretending to be asleep as to appear harmless, banking on A’s logical assumption, A just sighs heavily and takes the killer’s shoes off, puts his knife on the table, shoves a pillow under his head, covers him with a blanket and leaves a glass of water on the table.
Aaaannnnd the killer gets a crush.
I kinda wanna write this with IwaOi, where Iwa-chan is person A, Oikawa is in a different university and the serial killer is an OC. Iwa and Oikawa are on the verge of drifting apart when, after the events above, the serial killer becomes obsessed with Iwaizumi. When Oikawa hears about this he’s like THIS IS WHY YOU AND I SHOULD NEVER BE SEPARATED!!! And then IwaOi happens.
