so anyway, i got tasked with supervising a bunch of b.sc. students today, and overheard one of them saying he was born in 1998 (they were discussing ages i assume), and I’m thinking like… dude… 1998??? dude… that… dude… aren’t u like 4 yrs old now? But no, children. It’s 2018, and he’s 20, and I’m once again reminded that time does go by.
